If by chance one of your items does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days after delivery.

Items must never have been used or washed, and must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, with all labels attached.
What is the return policy?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, both in Spain and for other countries. Our Customers have 14 days to make the return. Starting from the day of delivery of the package. The deadline will be counted as the postal stamp of delivery. We do not accept the return of items that have been used, washed, stained, in poor condition or without labels. We do not accept returns of panties due to hygiene issues. The shipping packaging is prepared for a possible return, you would only have to close it and send it. Inside the return box must be all the products purchased, carefully packed and with all its contents in the original packaging. During the holiday period (August), the return is extended to 30 days. With the same characteristics as mentioned above.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR INTERNATIONAL TAXES THAT MAY BE GENERATED BY YOUR ORDER.
How do I make a return request?

Once you send us the garment and everything is correct, we will refund the amount in the same way you paid for it.
What if I need to change something for a different size or color?
Sorry, we cannot process exchanges. If you wish to exchange something for a different size or colour, please return the item(s) and place a new order.
Can I return my order online in a physical place?
Also, if you prefer, our customers who want to approach our Showroom for a return in person can do so by appointment, by writing to the email email@example.com. They only have to be sure to return within 7 days after the delivery date.
When will the refund be received? Once we have reviewed the product, and certified that it is in good condition, we will proceed to generate the refund.
Please note that once you have made the return shipment, we have up to 15 working days to review the condition of the product.
When our team has processed the refund we will send you an email with the confirmation.
