If by chance one of your items does not live up to your expectations, you can exchange it within 7 days after delivery. WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS ONLY CHANGES.
Items for exchange must never have been used or washed, and must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, with all labels on.
Any change must be made as a new purchase from our website. Once you contact us and everything is correct, we will generate a code with the amount of your change, so that you can purchase the new item. THE EXCHANGE CODE DOES NOT EXPIRE.
What is the return policy?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, both in Spain and for other countries. Our Clients have 7 days to make the return. Starting on the day the package is delivered. The delivery stamp will count as the deadline. We do not accept the return of items that have been used, washed, stained, in poor condition or without labels. The shipping packaging is prepared for a possible return, you would only have to close it and send it. Inside the return box must be all the products purchased, carefully packaged and with all its contents in the original packaging. In vacation period (August), the refund is extended to 15 days. With the same characteristics mentioned above.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT REFUND INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES.

What if I need to change something for a different size or color?
Sorry, we cannot process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the item(s) to get your exchange code and place a new order.
Can I return my order online in a physical place?
Also, if you prefer, our customers who want to approach our Showroom for a return in person, can do so by appointment, by writing to the email email@example.com. They only have to be sure to return within 7 days after the delivery date.
When will the exchange code be received?
Once we have reviewed the product, and certified that it is in good condition, we will proceed to generate the code. Please note that once you have made your return shipment, we have up to 15 business days. When our team has processed your change, we will send you an email with the code.
