If by chance one of your items does not live up to your expectations, you can return it within 15 days after delivery, for your refund.
Returned items must never have been used or washed, and must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, with all labels attached.
What is the return policy?
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client, both in Spain and for all the countries of the Euro Zone. Our Clients have 15 days to make the return. Starting the day of delivery. The delivery date stamp will be counted as the deadline. We do not accept the return of items that have been used, are washed, stains are observed, in poor condition or without labels. The shipping packaging is prepared for a possible return, you just have to close it including the duly completed return form. How do I make a return request?

What if I need to change something for a different size or color?
Sorry, we cannot process exchanges. If you wish to change something for a different size or color, return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
Can I return my order online in a physical place?
Also, if you prefer, our customers who want to approach our Atelier for a return in person, can do so by appointment, by writing to the email firstname.lastname@example.org. They only have to be sure to return within 15 days after the delivery date.
When will the refund be received?
Once we have reviewed the product, and certificate that is in good condition, we will proceed to make the return, through the same payment method. Please note that once you have made the return shipment, we have up to 15 working days. When our team has processed your refund, we will send you an email so that you know you are on the way.
